The ideal candidate has a good eye for design, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and familiarity with tools like Figma. Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications Translate user needs and business requirements into clean, intuitive UI/UX designs Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately Conduct basic user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Maintain consistency across design systems, style guides, and brand standards Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end users Stay current on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for digital products Familiarity with Figma (required); experience with other design tools is a plus Basic understanding of user-centered design and usability principles Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, customer-facing communication style Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
